Chrome plating over brass parts
We are looking for the best way of continuous removal of copper and zinc from a normal chrome plating bath. The copper and zinc impurities arise from areas where the work is partially masked off - otherwise of course the chrome plating would prevent any dissolution of the brass substrate into the bath.
Has anybody any experience with electrodialysis in this application or any alternative suggestions?
