Need some permalloy help please

I am a M.S student at Urmia University and working on GMR sensors. My M.S.Thesis is Design and Simulation Giant Magnetoresistance Sensors (GMR) by ansys. If it's possible for you, please send me information about permalloy in nano thickness ( 20 iron, 80 ni ) like relative permittivity(orthotropic){ temperatures: ,PERX: ., PERY: .,PERZ: .in 20 of point }, Cercive Force(orthotropic){ temperatures:., MGXX: ., MGYY: ., MGZZ: . In 20 of point } relative permeability(orthotropic) {temperatures: ., MURX: ., MURY: ., MURZ: .in 20 of point } and loss tangent for top materials. I need to your help in fields.
