Manual for Harshaw/Filtrol salt spray cabinet needed

Our company has presently purchased used salt spray cabinet: Harshaw/Filtrol Model # 22, Serial #22C-057. We did not receive a manual upon purchase, due to there not being one available. If anyone has a manual for this model, or one very similar, I would greatly appreciate it if you contacted me so that I could either purchase, or copy the manual. For it seems that they are no longer available.
