-----Galvanizing cosmetic tubes
Is galvanizing always a metallic finish? Could it be more in a clear mirror effect? Can it be magnified to us as a mirror if a tube of mascara is coated with galvanization?

"Galvanizing" actually means the same thing as "hot dip zinc coating". The item in question is immersed in molten zinc. This is the finish you see on a roofing nail or a metal garbage can and it is considered functional, not decorative.
But there are certainly other ways (electroplating, vacuum coating) of applying a decorative metal coating. And for disposable items like mascara tubes, there are also metallic looking organic coatings.
