Ruthenium coated titanium?

I would like to communicate with anyone who is involved with the coating of ruthenium onto titanium. Any technique, such as thermal spraying, electroplating, electroless plating?

Hello Paul,

Our company manufactures a line of brush electroplating chemicals and equipment. As a brush electroplater, we have been asked to perform many unusual projects for R&D, prototyping and specialized production runs. These projects include plating metals such as ruthenium onto platinum. The preparation of the titanium includes an abrasive activation process followed by the deposition of an acidic solution such as ruthenium. Some of the metals we plate require a bonding layer of nickel but ruthenium, like platinum will not require this bonding layer.

All the best,
