Discoloration on stainless steel edges

I'm cutting stainless steel (medical grade material) using EDM process, and I'm getting discoloration on the edges, what can I use besides Phosphoric acid to clear them up?

Sometimes this is difficult to remove, but we have had customers successfully remove it with our citric acid based products using warm (150-160 °F) solutions, many times with ultrasonics. One customer uses our product at 180F for this type of cleaning. You can only try it to see if it works for your particular situation.

Sorry! Finishing.com is temporarily Read-Only.
Ted Mooney is retiring but I have several offers to take it over.
We're working hard to make sure we find it the best new home.
