Fastener coatings

Dear Readers,

I am looking for a method and equipment for coating a threaded surface like fasteners. I am using PTFE based fluoropolymer coatings for protection against corrosion. What kind of pretreatment shall I do for it?

Suggestions are welcomed.

WE ARE PROCESS RE-ENGINEERS AND I COULD HELP YOU AS WE ARE DEALING/COATING WITH ADVANCE TECHNICAL CERAMICS AND ALSO USE TEFLON IN CONJUNCTION WHENEVER THE TEMP REQUIREMENT IS BELOW 250 °C. I WOULD APPRECIATE A MORE DETAIL TECHNICAL VIEW OF YOUR PROBLEM BEFORE MAKING ANY RECOMMENDATION.
