For Anti-finger print function is easy to clean the smudge onto the topside of stuff such as transparent lens and glass. The material is consist of fluoropolymer, silane derivatives and nano sized silicon dioxide or some other metal oxide. The coating technology includes dipping and PECVD technology. The film thickness coated onto substrate is around nano-sized dimension. For dipping process, the fluoro chemicals is available for the application. For sputtering process, the available chemical is silane deriratives by PECVD method. The adhesion onto substrate of AFP is determined the surface hardness and roughness.
