Chemical burr cleaning

Dear sir ,

We use copper washer 1mm thick (OD15 & ID10mm) ETP grade for sealing purpose in one of our assembly. During press work of washer from strip burr generates on id & od. Kindly suggest us how the burr can be cleaned by chemical cleaning , as manual burr cleaning with emery is resulting in line marks on surfaces.

Suggest you find a supplier of an acid/hydrogen peroxide based chemical polishing process for copper
