What is this black coating material on aluminum foil

I have aluminum foil with black coating. When given for tests found the composition has - Carbon, sulfur and Oxygen. Would like to know the exact compound of this material.

Please present your real world situation. It could be paint, it could be anodizing. Did you find this piece of foil as a prize in your breakfast cereal or are you trying to reverse engineer a stealth bomber? Is this your freshman chemistry homework , or you a practicing chemist?
