-----Rhodium plating diamond earrings
I have a pair of diamond earrings that I would like to have rhodium plated. Do all the stones have to be removed and reset to do this?

It depends on the quality of plating you seek. From the horror stories you'll find here about the miserable quality of rhodium plating being delivered by the average jeweler, I'd say you don't even have to take your earrings off.
