Comparing Nickel-Tin and Copper-Tin Solder

2002

I would like to ask what is stronger, Ni/Sn or Cu/Sn in soldering.

Hi, Dheniss. Both tin-nickel solder and tin-copper solder are rather unusual and special purpose . . .

and I'm not even confident that you are speaking of the solder composition as opposed to speaking of soldering Ni/Sn plating or Cu/Sn plating, so it's very difficult to answer this rather vague question. Please spend at least four or five sentences explaining your situation, and then I think the readers will be able to help you. Thanks.
