Q. In our anodize tank, we use aluminum cathodes. The cathodes are bolted to an aluminum carry bar in close proximity to the sulfuric acid anodize solution. We are concerned with corrosion at the joint of the cathode & the carry bar. We are looking for a suggestion for a conductive grease or something else to avoid corrosion.

A. Cheap and effective: wrap it with heavy duty aluminium foil. Change as required.
