Best method for filling anode baskets in production plating?

Q. In my work in a nickel-tin plating shop, we top up the anodes manually, usually standing over the top of the plating baths with a scoop sliding the anodes into the baskets. My query would be if you have any info on a mechanical device to top up this baskets more easily.

A. Hello, Paul. An American company is (or was a few years ago at least) selling an oblong cone shaped polypropylene extension for anode baskets so you could pour in the rounds more easily and keep an inventory above the solution line.

Additional input on this would be welcome. Good luck.
