-----Bonded dry fill lubricant
Q. I am looking for a dry film lubricant that can bond to the metal and not wash off. Is there such a product available and from where.

A. I would look at a phosphate undercoat followed by an oven set (baked) dry film from your favorite vendor, or the one that gives you decent information as to the properties of their several formulations.
