Aluminum Scratches

We are using Aluminum for our casing. However, during the cutting and bending stage, we experience a lot of scratches as Aluminum is rather soft and scratches rather easily. Are there any suggestions on reducing or eliminating these scratches ?

If the problem occurs during material handling, the simplest solution is to use a pressure sensitive contact paper on the original metal sheet and leave it on during the forming process of the part. Once the part is done, remove the paper ASAP so that you don't have removal problems later.
