Need info concerning Hot Dip Galvanization

What is the Process of Hot Dip Galvanization? Please reply.

Hi Carl. It is dipping an object in molten zinc, so a zinc coating forms on the surface as the item is withdrawn and cools. Of course, there's more to a satisfactory finish than just the dipping, including pretreatment and fluxing.
