Lacquering on plated plastic component

Can you please tell me the process of lacquering on plated plastic (PC ABS) component. Mainly we are failing on the adhesion test after lacquering.

What metals are you plating onto the plastic, Manish? If nickel-chrome, why would you lacquer?

There are several routes to your question.

1) Dip application.
2) Spray application

The materials are:
PU
Acrylic
Mixed PU acrylic

Your enquiry does not carry much info on end use or the type of plating, nor do you mention whether it is a 2 wheeler part or a consumer durable part and what test standards are you trying to meet.
