Seeking equipment and supplies for hologram-based high security registration plates

I am very much interested to set up a plant for manufacturing high security number plates for vehicles under the government authorization. Kindly let me know the procedures and formalities for the same.

RFQ: Dear Sir,
We are Manufacturer of Vehicle Registration Number Plates and Name Plates. We are interested in the following items.
1. Chrome Based Hologram (Size 10mm x 10mm, Size 20mm x 20mm)
2. Chrome Based Foil for Holography
3. Precision Coating
4. Retro Reflective Sheet (Engineering Grade/ Embossing Machine) for Lamination on Aluminum Vehicle Registration Number Plate.
5. Vehicle Registration Labels.
6. Availability of total plant and machinery for manufacturing HIGH SECURITY REGISTRATION PLATES
7.These license plates are tamper-proof and would be fastened with a non-removable snap lock. There will also be a hologram sticker in the rear windshield that will self-destruct when tampered with
Further, if you require any further information, please advice us. We shall request you to kindly arrange to send us the sample of Chrome based Hologram for type approved with your quotations.

RFQ: I require the following specified Material , Machine & Technology. Interested Companies already in this field can contact me for further discussion.
i) The Chromium hologram, which is not easily replicable.
ii) A Retro reflective film, bearing a verification inscription , which cannot be easily replicated.
iii) Laser numbering, which is unique in nature.
iv) The registration numbers to be embossed on the plates to make it difficult to be replicated.
In addition, there are certain security features, which are specific to the type of registration plates namely:
a) In case of rear registration plate, same is fitted with a non-reusable snap lock.
b) A chromium foil based third registration plate in form of sticker is to be attached to the wind shield, wherein the number of engine and chassis are indicated along with the name of registering authority.
c) In front and rear registration plates, letter in blue colour is hot-stamped.
Kindly send us the quotation for the same as soon as possible.
