I am interested to know if there is any International standard Document (like DIN/ ASME/ SAE/ BS --) for 8 tank hot phosphating process used for treating metal before powder coating ? If there is any Company made standard also would be welcome.

The specification for type of phosphate coatings is covered by IS:3618:1966, and the procedure for (actually, the sequence of operations involved in) phosphating process is given in IS:6005:1970.
