Rust remover for bullet

We are looking for :
a. rust remover which can remove the existing rust from the existing bullet and artillery piece
b. rust preventer: after removing the existing rust, a rust preventer will using for stopping to re-rust again.

The most important point is , after remove the rust and adding rust preventer, the out side diameter of the bullet and artillery piece will not be changed so that the bullet and artillery piece could be re-used..

We suppose the rust remover should not be a coating, it should be a cleaner.
