Acid purification problems

I am having trouble keeping my 18 month old anodizing acid purification unit in operation and was wondering if anyone else is having similar trouble. Please email me if you are interested.

We use an ECO-TEC acid purification system. It works great. It's been in use 2 - 2 1/2 years.

We replaced an old ECO-TEC APU with a new, larger model about a year ago. We had a few minor start-up problems that the manufacturer was able to quickly resolve. It has run virtually trouble-free since coming on line. We did add coarse and fine particulate filtration upstream of the unit to prevent fouling of the resin.
