Krytox lubricant films

Does anyone have experience in fusing Krytox® (duPont) Teflon® lubricant films to surfaces? I would like to know the optimum heating rate, temperature and time at temperature for maximum durability of the film on the surface.

I've done work with KrytoxDF/HCFC and KrytoxDF/W with metal and plastic components. What type of Krytox are you using and with what materials?
