-----Fine grained Lead electroplating
1998
Help;
I am practicing the art of fine-grained Pb electroplating from a fluoborate bath. The art goes back to the late 1800's. My interest is in how fine a grain structure one can achieve without the use of stannous fluoborate. I have added gelatin, and would like to know what gluco is? Any Pb electroplaters out there? Does the Navy still practice this art? Any information will be appreciated.
Thanks,

Contact Technic or suitable chemical vendor. I think that it will deposit out of a MethaneSulfonate bath without fluoborate.
