Seeking Anodizing & Coloring line for aluminium profiles

RFQ: We are looking for a supplier for "Aluminium Profiles Anodizing & Coloring Line" for delivery to China detailed as following:

• 1. Project outline
  • A. Processing 20000 mt per yr, with silver color 16000 mt and bronze color 4000 mt
  • B. Total working time 7200 hrs with an actual working time approx. 6120 hrs at a production rate of 85 pct
    
  • C. Designed Oxided Coat is 12um
    
  • D.Material spec.: max. length at 6500mm, 2.5kg per pc and 1.3sq.m. per pc,
• 2. Technology
  • A. silver sealing, bronze sealing, silver sealing without light
    B. Preserving three times electrolytic operation for Pulling U-Type line
