Seeking Vacuum Metallizing Services

I have a requirement to vacuum metallize about 1,000,000 small plastic components each year. Each part is about 5g.

We are a plastic injection molder, so we can produce the part in a platable ABS, but I want to know if a platable HIPS exists?

In addition I am looking for somebody to do the work for me the first year, and help me to ultimately do it myself.

Does anyone recommend a supplier between Vancouver and Toronto, or in the USA on the pacific coast?
