Yellow patches after passivation

Sir,

We are using RO water in rinsing baths of phosphating plant. Sometimes we get yellow colored coating of phosphate after passivation. Please give suggestion to remove this problem and reason also.

Hi Ravinder. It sounds a bit non-sequitur to me. It's certainly possible that the RO system is resulting in poor rinsing which could be the cause of your problem, but why is the RO system your very first suspect? I would probably suspect the passivation bath.
