Seeking paint that looks like nickel plate

I have a metal spiral staircase ( steel) that I want to paint. I'm looking for a paint that will give me as close to a brushed nickel finish as possible. I can't afford to plate this staircase, hence painting. I have seen items painted that look close to a brushed nickel finish but have been unsuccessful in finding a source for the paint. Any help is appreciated.
