Seeking to recycle the effluent

Dear Sir/Madam,

We produce electro-plating effluent at 15 gallon/minutes. I want to know how many methods or systems can recycle back effluent into production. How about efficiency and operation cost?

The ETP design should involve segregation of different effluents like chemical bath and rinse water and then treat them. This way cost involved will be low.
