Want surface finishing handbooks

Dear sir ,

I am doing job in electroplating surface finishing company. I am sales officer & trouble shooter. please tell me which type of books good for me. I want to strong from finishing side we deal in surface finishing , phosphating, electroplating, pickling process. I am facing a lot problem I want to know about all basic courses how to remove problem. I want also cannan surface finishing book but I did not find it. please tell me how I get good books.
