adv.
u.s chrome

HI,

I'M AN ELECTROLESS NICKEL PLATER, MY COMPANY MAKES CONNECTORS FOR AIRCRAFT. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH SOME OF MY PARTS THAT WERE HARD CHROMIUM PLATED AND I NEED IT TO STRIP AND PUT ELECTROLESS NICKEL ON THEM BUT I don't HAVE A WAY TO STRIP THEM. I don't KNOW HOW ACTUALLY, I NEED HELP FINDING A PROCESS TO STRIP THEM WITHOUT ATTACKING THE ALUMINUM.

THANKS,

PEDRO GALVEZ

Pedro,

You can use sulfuric acid, 570 ml/l anodic current at 2-10 A/dm2. Temperature 20° C.
