Expt procedures (EN on Al)
I am currently trying to test for the adhesion properties of electroless nickel on aluminum parts (6061 and 5052) in relation to the amount of aluminum, zinc and lead content in the EN baths. Any suggestions in how to go about carrying out this experiment?
Also does anyone have a way of testing for the sulphate content in the EN bath? I have read that the sulphate buildup is speculated to poison the EN bath.
