Is Hard Coat Anodizing permeable? Will natural skin oils penetrate hard coat?

The answer to your question depends on whether the part was sealed. If properly sealed, hardcoat is very corrosion resistant, if not sealed, yes, skin oils will penetrate, and stain the coating
