SEEKING WEAR TEST PER ASTM D2714 FOR AMS2488

RFQ: I am seeking a source for a wear test (ring on bar) per ASTM D2417. I need to test an anodized coating on titanium. AMS 2488.

Ed. note: This RFQ is outdated, but technical replies are welcome, and readers are encouraged to post their own RFQs. But no public commercial suggestions please ( huh? why?).

A. I can't find a D2417 even in ASTM historical standards, Jon. I'm pretty sure that's a typo and you mean ASTM D2714, so we've changed the title accordingly :-)
