What chemicals cause copper corrosion or tarnishing?
My daughter is working on a project with copper. She knows that tarnishing or corrosion occurs by exposure to air and moisture. Can you tell us if there are any commonly used chemicals that can facilitate this corrosion. Do they need to be applied, then left in the air, or do they work with total immersion? Thanks for the help.
