A. Siriwan, if you are electropolishing for metallographic structure, than I'd start with the parameters used for 3003 or 6061, and experiment a bit. 8006 is not a heavily alloyed metal:

0.4 max Si
1.2 to 2.0 Fe
0.3 max Cu
0.3 to 1.0 Mn
0.1 max Mg
0.1 max Zn
