Surface treatment of Engine Parts(mainly Aluminium)
Dear Sir,
I am an Engineer of the Manufacturing Quality control department in a leading Automobile Company in India. At present one of the main problems, that we face is in having A GOOD FINISH OVER THE Engine parts mainly Aluminium Cast Parts. At present we are Buffing these parts at the final Stage. But very soon these parts get oxidized. Can you suggest some finishing processes that would improve the finish of these aluminium parts without affecting its performance at an affordable price and at the same time avoids oxidation.
