Requesting more info from the customer is the way to go.

In addition to Megan’s guesses of “military black silver” or “matte-bright silver”, it could mean “Meyer Burger AG” solar coatings, or a few more things, but the best answer is probably “Michael Brewington’s Advice Good!” :-)
