Plating specifications

We need to specify to our supplier the type of tin plating that we require on our brass components. I know that there are a number of standards that cover the requirements of tin plating - MIL-T-10727B AMS2408 ASTM B545 [link by ed. to spec at TechStreet] . Can anyone tell me where I can get the actual content of these specs? What do these specs specify?

Regards,
