Parameters for acid pickling of steel coils

Respected sir,

I am working for a steel industry (finishing department)which deals with SAE 52100 grade coils pickling. I wanted to know the parameters of the acids baths(regarding temperature and Concentration) for uniform pickling of SAE52100 coils.

Thanks,

NAIR VIJAYAN RAMCHANDRAN

A TEMPERATURE OF approx. 85 DEGREE WITH A CONCENTRATION OF 10% WITH IMMERSION TIME OF 15 TO A6 SECONDS GIVES A GOOD RESULT OF PICKLING.
