A. If you say so :-)

Aniyaliya, you haven't said if you're the customer or supplier; whether the batch is brand new or years old; whether you've suffered this one-time event, or you receive/generate this every day; whether the problem is aesthetic or the parts aren't performing; or what the parts are, what the substrate is, or what the finish is.
This is probably a waste of bandwidth until you post a long paragraph describing your situation so we can get started trying to help you :-)

Dear sir,

We are using phosphating chemical for our rubber adhesion property, I want to know the composition of Phoscoat.

Thanks,

A. Hello, D. This is covered in the Metal Finishing Guidebook, Vol. 2, "Organic finishing". But I don't know if you should be using iron phosphate or zinc phosphate or other.

Is your question about the chemical composition of the contents of phosphating bath or of the coating which results.

Ed. note: Sorry, this RFQ for private contact is now outdated, but public technical replies are still welcome. No public brand/source suggestions please ( huh? why?)
