Aniyaliya, you haven’t said if you’re the customer or supplier; whether the batch is brand new or years old; whether you’ve suffered this one-time event, or you receive/generate this every day; whether the problem is aesthetic or the parts aren’t performing; or what the parts are, what the substrate is, or what the finish is.

A. Hello, D. This is covered in the Metal Finishing Guidebook, Vol. 2, “Organic finishing”. But I don’t know if you should be using iron phosphate or zinc phosphate or other.
