Adhesion inspection standard

Hi:

I'd like to know some inspection standard of adhesion of Ni coating on the substrate such as Copper or Aluminum. Thank you for your attention.

Hi, Tommas. A simple and reliable test is a mandrel test, where the part is bent around a shaft (mandrel) of a given diameter. It's a little less subjective than chisel tests, grinding tests, or sharp bend tests and may serve your purpose well. Good luck.
