I was wondering if anyone knows anything about galvanizing plaster. Is it possible?

It is possible. However, you must seal it perfectly before any further treatment. Plaster is alkaline and will ruin an electrolytic bath if it starts dissolving in it. Sealing by immersing the part several times in urethane resin until the part is perfectly saturated and releases no bubbles seems to work just fine.Alfonso Hernandez
