Deburr corners

I have a tp 302 stainless plate, 8"x42"x10ga. The plate is punched with 1/2" square holes on 5/8" centers, the entire plate. The edges where the punch enters, and where it punchs through are sharp. I want these corners to be rounded. How could this be done without hand grinding every edge.

Vibratory finishing sounds like the most practical answer to me.

VF 48 " length ? What size of a machine could do that ? If an electropolisher with a large rectifier could electropolish it may work or filing out the edges by hand seems to suggest itself.
