This is regarding standard procedures for cleanliness from Institute of Environment science. For that reason We need complete set of Standard procedures e.g. IES-RP-CC006.1,6.2,6.3.

IEST-RP-CC006.3 The other two are, as I understand it, earlier versions. These are copyrighted specs though. You must buy them; they are not available for free anywhere. Good luck.
