Bluing a stainless steel hunting rifle

I have a hunting rifle that is my pride and joy. It is stainless steel and originally came with a heavy blue finish. Do to weather and storage conditions some rust found its way to my beautiful rifle! I took the blue finish off only to find out I can't reblue it because it is stainless steel. What can I do?

There are stainless cold bluing chemicals but you would have to find a sporting goods store that has them, or go to a search for "gunsmithing supplies" that would give you a supplier.
