Stainless steel mirror polish in mass production

We are looking for mirror finish on stainless steel products but in mass production. We tried the vibrator with corncorb and burnishing paste. Although we achieved the mirror finish, the product got scratched a lot. Any suggestions on how to get mirror polish in mass production without causing scratches on the product ( made of SS 316 ).

If you are getting good results now, about the only thing that might improve your surface finish and/or reduce scratches is to use more media to parts ratio. If that doesn't work, try adding a non-abrasive filler such as larger wood shaped media. Lastly if you can still not get good results, you may have to build your own floating separation system that travels and separates parts around the bowl at the same rate as the media. In a sense, you have a multitude of smaller work chambers working as one. Separator should not be fixed unless you have a tub type machine and you must allow for some interchange of media between separators.
