Corrosion Inhibitor for Degreasing of Aluminum Parts

Degreasing car engine parts out of aluminium for assembling, a degreaser solution at 5% w/w concentration, spray system, cold temperature, causes corrosion. The pH value of the solution is about 9.3 and composition is based in monoethanolamine, because the same product should be used for cast iron degreasing e rust protection. Is there a suitable rust inhibitor for aluminium in these conditions, to put into the solution or partially into the finished degreasing product?

Thanks for a prompt answer.
