Polishing titanium

I am looking for a way to polish titanium. I need to get a smooth, slick and shiny finish (the grain in titanium has to come off) for mass production.

I have about 500.000 small pieces (rings and bars) to get done. The sizes vary from 18g to 12g and 1/4 inch to 1 1/2 inch inside diameter. I hope someone can help me.
