Need electroformed copies of Fresnel lens

Overhead Projectors

Quickstart:
Fresnel lenses require less size and material than a conventional convex lens. Their earliest use was in lighthouses. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fresnel_lens for a good understanding of the history and science.
But the principles which Fresnel lenses employ do not necessarily imply or require large, heavy glass. For example, before the internet and our digital age it was very common to do presentations with an 'overhead projector'
where a sheet of transparent paper was laid on the glass and its image projected onto a screen. The Fresnel lenses in these devices were a thin sheet of plastic embossed with the correct Fresnel patterns by stamping or molding them with electroformed ⇐ huh? nickel molds.

RFQ: I am looking for a shop that can produce electroformed copies of a Fresnel lens. The lenses have a 25 mm radius and the grooves are 0.2 mm deep.

Q. Fresnel Lens is a new subject to me. I also need some help on this topic.

A. I run an electroforming facility which can create the electroforms for the fresnel optics. We duplicate very precise holographic microstructures with nickel process. These can be either hard or soft and thickness tolerances are within microns.
